Assessment – Homework
Reinforcement, Re-enrichment and Responsibility are the 3R’s of homework.
Homework is simply a review of what has been taught in school for that day. Homework is assigned in different formats such as presentations, project work and, activity based learning. GDGPS, Mohali, follows a pattern of homework delineated to reduce the stress on parents and students. We use this mode to communicate what has been taught in school that day and to revise the concept. We always believe that HW should not be another lesson to be conducted at home, but a window for parents to glimpse how attentive the child was at school and how effective the teacher was in the classroom.
