Admission Cancellation & Refund Policy

School believes in helping its students and their parents as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation & refund policy. Under this policy:

 

  • Requests for cancellation of admission shall be lodged by parents in writing addressed to the Principal and shall be submitted in the school office for seeking refunds in the following cases:
    1. Cancellation of admission before the start of session: The total fee deposited will be refunded after deducting 10% of admission fee as processing charges.
    2. Cancellation of admission after the start of session:
      1. When the student has not attended the class even for a day: The total fee deposited will be refunded after deducting 10% of admission fee as processing charges.
      2. When student has attended class: Only tuition fee alone, if applicable, will be refunded after charging for the same upto the month last attended by the student.

 

  • Refund of amounts wrongly deposited: Excess deposit of fees, double deposit of fee, fee deposited but not due will be refunded only after the receipt of a written request from the parents in the office and after due verification from records.

 

  • Adjustment of amounts wrongly/excess deposited:In case the parent wants the adjustment of the amount wrongly/excess deposited in the subsequent quarter, a request in writing shall have to be made and submitted in the school office along with the proof of excess deposit.

 

  • Refund of any other amount not covered by the foregoing paragraphs will be considered only on receipt of a written request submitted to the school office.

 

  • If the amount debited from the parents account does not reflect in the school bank accounts, in that case no refund is permissible.

 

Transfer Certificate Process 

  • If parent wants to apply for a Transfer Certificate, a written letter a month prior is to be submitted in the school office.
  • In case the reason of applying for the TC is for a Job Transfer, the transfer letter is to be attached.
  • A Cancelled Cheque is to be attached for Security Refund, If any.
  • The Parent has to attach the first slip copy of the receipt given at the time of admission. Parents are requested to keep the first receipt safe.
